Photo Marketing Association Convention and Trade Show (PMA 2007) went off very well between 8th to 11th March 2007, in Las Vegas, USA, the fun (sin !!) city in the West Coast.
AVER was represented by none other than its head Mr. Ramesh Patel. They had successful meetings with various suppliers, distributors and customers in USA. Aver did not have a booth on its own, because the already famous Album Designing Software, VELOCITI, is being marketed by various distributors in their own brand name there !!
AVER Kiosk software, online photo- printing SW, are also either used or sold by various parties in USA on OEM basis.
This years' PMA was out and out only for the Concept of Design-Print-Bind, which AVER has started promoting one year back here in India!!
Album Designing Softwares and album making machines, Printing Solutions for self operated kiosks, small dry minilabs, small home and drug-store printing options, various online business printing softwares, are the products which dominated the PMA. Scores of new model digital cameras, storage media, mobile imaging and printing systems, were the other important products one could see there.
Photo Minilabs,......mmmm...... they are going into oblivion gradually, whereas, Film processing machines already vanished sometime ago. Now new generation more compact photo minilabs and dry minilabs using thermal printing options, by prominent brands adored their stalls this year.
Aver's New Model Speed-O-Bind album manufacturing machines, though not displayed, were much talked about in many of the photo album products' stalls and we did receive a very serious enquiries to these new cute machines.
